Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates vary by destination and shipping service. Standard shipping starts at $15 CAD, and Express Shipping is available. The applicable options and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout based on the shipping address.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping service selected. Estimated transit times are displayed at checkout and begin after carrier acceptance. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible return requests must be submitted through your customer account within 7 calendar days of delivery. The parcel must also be handed to a trackable shipping carrier, and the active tracking number emailed to us, within the same 7-day period. Approved discretionary returns are issued as store credit. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently process returns and recommend placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability.
